The challenge
Larsec needs a secure remote control solution to the surveillance and access control systems it has installed. Larsec has been using remote control solutions already prior Tosibox installations, but these solutions have turned out to be laborious to install. Particularly the firewall reconfiguration. It takes time and in case outside help is needed system set up can be delayed considerably. Managing the access rights has been an other issue. People needing the access rights keep changing and sometimes access will be granted only temporary. This requires careful, real-time book keeping of the access rights and passwords.
