Communication between software and a device connected to lock's LAN interface is not working

Sometimes in industrial applications the software connects a control channel to a device and the device opens up another connection, data channel, back towards the client software.
This means the “Deny access towards this Client” must not be set (see Do not enter sign in TOSIBOX® Lock’s web UI)
If the connection problems continue, change the connection type to Layer 2 on the Lock by selecting
