Why won't the fixed IP address devices connected to the Lock connect to the Internet?

Make sure that the network settings are correct in both the Lock and the device that uses the fixed IP address. Both devices must be in the same IP address space (for example 10.1.2.x) and use the same netmask (for example 255.255.255.0). The device that has the fixed IP address has to use the Lock’s IP address as it’s gateway and DNS server address.
