Tosibox invests heavily in Sales development and we are looking for an


to reinforce our team. This is a brand new customer facing role so you will define the focus points of your work and processes based on customer and sales needs. You will work in juncture with our customers, sales, marketing, product management, customer support and R&D, and spend most of your time on the phone, e-mail and other communication platforms supporting and guiding our customers and promoting our products and services.

Primary responsibilities

  • Function as first contact in Sales for our customers, receiving customer inquiries and orders
  • Maintain and update customer data in various systems
  • Maintain customer relations, develop sales pipeline together with the sales and marketing team
  • Generate qualified leads and actively research and identify potential sales opportunities

We expect you to

  • have appropriate formal education in sales and/or technology or corresponding work experience
  • show proven record from B2B sales environment as well as experience and enthusiasm for new technologies
  • have an understanding of modern sales and social selling approach
  • demonstrate confidence in customer touchpoints, excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • be competitive in nature and drive to succeed
  • enjoy working as part of an international team, with rapidly developing strategy, and to enjoy keeping your hands dirty
  • possess an empathetic attitude towards our customers
