Role purpose
The Head of District Sales /Account Manager will report to the VP Sales and be responsible for new sales as well as nurturing and developing a portfolio of existing accounts.​

The person may be located in Helsinki, Stockholm, Copenhagen or central Europe serving either a single location / account or several locations and must be willing to travel.

We are seeking two experienced international sales oriented people; one with a good command of English and excellent German language and second with a good command of English and excellent Swedish. Finnish language skill is recommended but not required.

Skills and Experience
We are looking for a sales leader who combines conceptual technical understanding with consultative selling experience.​ You will have a strong technical foundation minimum B.Sc.​ You will have strong credibility with senior technology executives, able to inspire confidence, understand their challenges and show how our solution can simplify and accelerate their business.​

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

•Sales: 5+​ years of experience in selling industrial automation, building automation, technical network or telecom solutions, ideally machinery M2M or Security domain, to SME’s as well as to large enterprises. You will have consistently exceeded your sales targets and be in the top of your peers.​ You will be a creative deal-maker, able to build relationships fast, qualify early and close deals.​

•Hunting & farming: you will be happy in finding new opportunities, opening new doors and creating new relationships from scratch.​ You will have experience of working with a creative, excited multicultural team to optimize messaging and produce high quality leads.​ You will also have experience of account development, building on initial success to create long-lasting win-win relationships as a trusted partner and advisor.​

•Technology: you will have a good understanding of automation technology network architectures and VPN connections, be able to analyze requirements and understand and explain concepts of connection machines and devices in the internet domain.​ You will be happy to dive into the technical details with your customers, inspiring confidence in the robustness and flexibility of our solution.​

•Communication and consultative skills: You will be an outstanding communicator, with a consultative style; you may have worked for a technology consultancy.​ You will be articulate and totally confident leading conversations with senior technology and business executives, understanding and distilling their challenges and deriving solutions.​ You will be an expert at producing written proposals and presentations and love being “on your feet” presenting to groups large and small.​
