Human Resources

The most important asset of our company is our human capital. Every employee has equal opportunities, we support LGBTQ rights and encourage diversity.

Tosibox´s working conditions show high regard for its employees’ health and safety. We promote a safe, healthy, and supportive work environment.

Tosibox operates as a Hybrid working community, meaning our employees are not asked to travel to the office for work. This helps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, traffic congestion, and oil demand.

Tosibox has a Speak Up culture and we highlight open communication. Tosibox Speak Up culture empowers employees to openly raise and discuss compliance questions and concerns and to seek guidance.

Reporting is also available through the Whistleblowing channel, which is available on ethics@tosibox.com.

Ethics

Our Suppliers are treated fairly, at the highest standards of ethics and business integrity. We ensure that our suppliers comply with all applicable laws and regulations and in particular with those relating to human rights and labor, conflict mineral, slavery and human trafficking, environmental sustainability, anti-corruption, and bribery. These are noted in our Supply Agreement template.

Our Code of Conduct forms the framework for all our operations and sets out standards of behavior for all employees including executives without exception. Our Code of Conduct has been approved by the Board of Directors. It covers topics relating to legal compliance and disclosure, conflicts of interest, gifts and anti-bribery, HR practices, Human Rights issues, and environmental matters.

Privacy Policy

Protecting the security and privacy of your personal data is important to Tosibox. Tosibox applies a high level of protection and generally recognized principles of the European Union to the processing of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).

TOSIBOX's unique, patented technology ensures our customers´ data flow within their operational technology networks with 100% security.

By having a cybersecure remote access to monitor e.g., different devices at facilities, our solution enables energy consumption optimization and preventive maintenance for our customers. Many of our customers have reduced the need for traveling due to surveillance, maintenance or even repair.

Valuing our Environment

A significant part of Finland’s emissions comes from the environmental impacts of office spaces. We decided to give up our capital area office and use shared office services instead. Shared office provider offers sustainable office & coworking spaces for businesses with fluctuating facility needs.

Tosibox´s HQ in Oulu rents office space from the service provider who shares our environmental values and has set ambitious goals for sustainability, including being carbon neutral by 2030. In our HQ office, we encourage and enable the recycling of all materials.

We encourage our employees to work remotely to avoid unnecessary traveling.

Environment and logistics

Environment and logistics

Logistics and transportation emit high greenhouse gas emission rates. We aim to burden the environment as minimal as possible.

With our main logistics partner´s services, we offset all logistics-related emissions. Our logistics partner has committed to an ambiguous SBTi initiative for organizations whose emission reduction targets help keep climate warming to less than 1.5°C.

Corporate Governance

TOSIBOX Ltd is a Finnish unlisted limited liability company. Its registered office is in Oulu, Finland. TOSIBOX Group of companies includes the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiaries.

In its decision-making and administration, the company observes primarily the Finnish Limited Liability Companies Act and its Articles of Association. Foreign Subsidiaries belonging to the Group will additionally comply with the national legislation applying to them.

We are following Corporate Governance guidelines for carrying out our responsibilities and interest toward  a company and its shareholders.
